  Why can't I have a beard?

  i've heard many times that there are some congo's in the us where you can have a neatly trimmed beard and it's perfectly ok. i have never been allowed and havn't known of anyone who could.

  how about other countries?.

  because jesus didn't have a beard and anyone who tells you he did is an apostate. why don't you concentrate on getting more hours in service and commenting more at the meetings? that'll help keep your mind off all the rebelling you seem to want to do.

  i was baptized a witness at age 21 in 1976. for 28 years i lived a very introverated life.

  no friends no family in the truth.

  never dated and never married.

  I know everyone is laughing out loud now

  not laughing, but i felt my jaw hanging...

  i've always found that women can sense a motive, so just take your time asking her if she has a boyfriend, asking for a phone number, etc... give as much of a challenge in the romance department, but at the same time being very friendly and concerned.

  the witnesses always say they are free in christ, i beg to differ, i don't know how many stupid unscriptural laws they have but lets start a thread on how many dumb witness laws you know and have heard of that make no sense or completely unbelievable, it is like they have a second talmud.

  cant have walt disney movies or stuffed animals as this is magical.

  cant have beards.

  my new year's resolution is to stand up to all of you witness people on this site, because i know you're all witnesses because the name of the forum is jehovahs witness discussion.

  there is no need for me to read up on any posts here or even see what the site is really about...i can tell from the name because i'm so f*cking smart.. so all you bible thumpin, magazine peddling, little kid molestin, no jesus christ beleivin' jehovah's witness people go ahead and tell me about all the fundamental christian stuff you don't believe so i can set your sorry asses straight.

  because i decided i'm the one to do it...and it's a new year.. so all you big uns line up and you little uns bunch up.

  However, they brought us to another "secret" library where we got a see some rare WT stuff. One item was a Bethel Christmas card with a picture of the Bethelites eating Christmas dinner.

  this item is on display for all to see at the canadian branch. it's part of the tour.

  I hear that the UN joined the Bethel Library , but only so they could use the Bethel Swimming Pool.

  Leaving Florida and Moving to Ontario!

  it's official, we will be moving to the toronto area within the next month or so.

  my husband was offered an incredible job in canada so we flew up here to check it out.

  we totally fell in love with the place.
